Inside Gainer · The making

From profile
to finished door.

The collection begins with aluminium, then takes shape through surface work, material wrapping and assembly. These photographs come from Gainer’s own manufacturing archive in Foshan.

01 · Metal

The finish starts
with the surface.

Gainer brings aluminium extrusion, CNC machining, surface finishing and assembly together. Polishing, brushing and sandblasting prepare different surface expressions before anodising.

Our in-house anodising line also lets us review a physical colour sample for a custom project. A proposed match is confirmed with the sample and quotation.

02 · Material

Cut, wrap
and finish.

In the leather-product workshop, the work runs from cutting and bonding to stitching and edge finishing. The same material vocabulary carries through doors, wrapped rails and interior details.

The standard leather-look door collection uses microfiber or synthetic leather. A material sample helps confirm the colour, grain and feel of your chosen finish.

03 · Assembly

Bring the
details together.

Assembly brings the frame, panel and door hardware into one product. The manufacturing archive shows glass-door fitting checks and the preparation of coordinated components.

Standard doors are supplied assembled with their selected standard handle and matching hinges. The cabinet body, shelves and hanging rails are separate.

Then make the door.

Choose a material and frame, then share your dimensions and cabinet information. Confirm the production drawing, finish and fittings before manufacturing begins.
